LINNHOFF Mobile Screen Drum asphalt mixing plant provides the answer to demands of pavement contractors to shift to new work sites throughout the year. Basic plant comprises of four semi-trailers. Complete plant installation is done within 7 days.

- Dual Purpose Screen Drum Compact design drum is used for drying and screening. Heat from the inner drum is radiated to the outer aggregates while being screened. Thus ensuring 100% dryness of all aggregates.
- No Vibrating Screen Energy savings in fuel due to shorter aggregate path traveled - minimal temperature loss resulting in lower fuel consumption.
- No Hot Elevator Low maintenance as no chains, sprockets, extra motor and buckets are involved.
- Quality Mix Quality mix is attained through the integration of four components.
- Screening Screening area provides efficient sorting of aggregates.
- Weighing Accurate weighers achieving up to +/- 0.2% of the desired weight for Bitumen and accuracy of up to +/- 1% of desired weight for Aggregate. Mixing - Robust mixer provides thorough mixing to achieve homogeneous mix in minimum 12 seconds per batch.
- Temperature Control Hot mineral and bitumen temperatures are measured and controlled by PLC to achieve the desired output value
